CBIC has extended the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of May, 2023 till the thirtieth day of June, 2023, for the registered persons whose principal place of business is in Gujarat.
Norms for Remittances to International Financial Services Centers (IFSCs) under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme
It is directed that Authorized Persons may facilitate remittances by resident individuals under purpose ‘studies abroad’ as mentioned in Foreign Exchange Management (Current Account Transactions) Rules, 2000 for payment of fees to foreign universities or foreign institutions in IFSCs for pursuing courses.
CRA’s directed to issue list of non-cooperative issuers
Credit rating agencies to disclose two lists of issuers who are non-cooperative with the CRA, separately for- Securities that are listed, or proposed to be listed, on a recognized stock exchange, and; Other ratings.
