Draft Chandigarh Energy Conservation Building Code, 2023

The Code is applicable to buildings or building complexes that have a connected load of 50 kW or greater or
a contract demand of 60 kVA or the plot area of building is equal to or more than 1000 sqm or the built up
area of building is equal two or more than 2000 sqm (excluding non-conditioned spaces in basement)
greater and are intended to be used for commercial purposes. Buildings intended for private residential
purposes only are not covered by the Code.

CPCB issues Draft Environmental Guidelines for Stone Crushing Units

The growth in infrastructure leads to increase in demand of raw materials, thereby resulting in the need to set up new stone crushing units or increase production from existing units. This poses a challenge to maintain the ambient air quality, which is possible if environmental guidelines predetermined by the industry concerned are followed.

Master Circular on Scheme of Arrangement

All listed entities shall ensure that all dues to, and/or fines/penalties imposed by SEBI, Stock Exchanges and the Depositories have been paid/settled before filing the draft scheme with the designated stock exchange.
