The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2023. This notification was issued on 2nd June, 2023 and shall be effective from that date.
These Amendment Rules seek to further amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009.
The present Amendment has revised LLP Form No. 3. Form No 3 pertains to ‘Information with regard to Limited Liability Partnership Agreement and changes, if any, made therein’
