Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on 1st June, 2023 extended timeline for submission of public comments on consultation paper for institutional mechanism for asset management companies for deterrence of possible market abuse and fraudulent transactions.
The extended timeline shall end on June 08, 2023.
