The Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals on 26th May, 2023 has issued the Polyester Staple Fibres (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to provide an exemption to the scope of the parent order.
The Polyester Staple Fibres (Quality Control) Order, 2022 shall not apply to Low Melt Polyester Fibres.
