National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide circular dated May 25, 2023 has stated that the members are reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before May 31, 2023, through the Inspection module in the Member Portal in the prescribed format.
The member shall comply with all the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report.
