The Central Government on May 17, 2023 has issued the Environment (Protection) Second Amendment Rules, 2023. They shall come into force on expiry of the period of six months from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette.
The amendment issues revised Emission standards for Hot Mix Plants.
