Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on 20th May, 2023 published a consultation paper for seeking public comments for strengthening the existing price band formulation for scrips in equity derivatives segment to strengthen volatility management and minimize information asymmetry.
Its requested that comments should reach SEBI in the prescribed format by 5th June, 2023 via email to ansumanp@sebi.gov.in or darshilb@sebi.gov.in or mohitgupta@sebi.gov.in.
