Advisory in connection with implementation of various aspects of AEBAS module

The National Medical Commission (NMC) on 10^th May, 2023 issued circular regarding issuing of guidelines for implementation of various aspects of AEBAS module. The decisions include:-

1. NMC will transfer all blocked employees in Open Pool.
2. Adherence to Transfer Out and Transfer in Module in transfer cases shall be complied without fail.
3. Updation regarding AEBAS module shall be done with the prior consent of the employee.  Non compliances shall be strictly dealt.
