Central Government vide notification dated 13th April, 2023 for the purpose of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 has declared the services engaged in the Iron Ore Mining to be a public utility service. The public utility service status of Iron Ore Mining shall be in effect for a period of six months from the 14th of April, 2023.
