The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has revised its Proforma for Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APAR) in SPARROW Module. A circular to this effect was published on 13th April, 2023.
The New form of MTS with the nomenclature ‘MTS_NEW- has been deployed on SPARROW Module. It is therefore directed to all the field units to use ‘MTS_NEW” form instead old “Mulli Tasking Staff_NEW” form while preparing APAR for 2022-2023 session in SPARROW Module.
