NSE’s index services subsidiary, NSE Indices Limited has launched India’s first ever Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) & Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) Index, i.e. Nifty REITs & InvITs Index. This Index was launched on 11th April, 2023.
NSE cautions Investors against Participation in Prohibited Schemes
The press releases caution investors not to subscribe to any guaranteed returns schemes or trading on illegal trading platforms, since they are prohibited by law. Moreover, investors should not share their trading credentials with any person.
DGFT extends validity of ANFs and Appendices
These ANFs and Appendices under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 2020 will be extended till 31st May, 2023 or till new ANFs and Appendices are notified under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 (FTP 2023), whichever is earlier.
Framework for acceptance of Green Deposits
REs shall put in place a comprehensive Board-approved policy on green deposits laying down therein, all aspects in detail for the issuance and allocation of green deposits. A copy of the above policy on ‘Green Deposits’ shall be made available on the website of the RE.
Clarification regarding Formulation of price bands for the first day of trading pursuant to Initial Public Offering (IPO), re-listing etc. in normal trading session
After discussion with stock exchanges and SMAC, the following has been decided for trading on first day pursuant to IPO or re-listing (including re-listing on account of scheme of arrangement but excluding scrips for which derivative contracts are available.
