NMC directs Medical Colleges to furnish Bank Guarantees on Structural Financial Messaging System Platform
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has directed that medical colleges shall furnish bank guarantees solely on Structural Financial Messaging System Platform (SFMS) Platform. Henceforth, ordinarily, a physical bank guarantee will not be accepted. Only in exceptional circumstances, will a bank guarantee not generated through SFMS Platform be accepted.
Central Govt. notifies enforcement date for provision of ESI Act in Gandhinagar District
These provisions shall come into force in all the areas of Gandhinagar district, in addition to the already notified areas of the said district, in the State of Gujarat. The date which has been appointed as the date on which they will come into force is 1st April, 2023.

For claiming ITC, genuineness of the transaction and actual physical movement of the goods are the sine qua non and the aforesaid can be proved only by furnishing the name and address of the selling dealer, details of the vehicle which has delivered the goods, payment of freight charges, acknowledgement of taking delivery of goods, tax invoices and payment particulars etc.
