NSE clarifies on the applicability of Additional Surveillance Measures for Companies

The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has issued a clarification on the applicability of Additional Surveillance Measures (ASM) for companies as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). This Circular was issued on 9th March, 2023.

The Circular instructs trading members to note the following:

  • From 10th March, 2023, the securities in Annexure I have satisfied the criteria under ASM for companies as per IBC.
  • The securities in annexure II have satisfied the exclusion criteria under ASM for companies as per IBC.
