The NMC urges the relevant stakeholders to strictly comply with the provisions relating to blocking and transfer AEBAS IDs and avoid undue delays in complying therewith. If any MC/ institute is found to be not transferring AEBAS IDs of employees/ faculty who have joined another MC/ institute by way of resignation or transfer, strict action will be taken against the erring institute.

Draft Insecticides (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2023
These draft rules seek to extend the timeline for complying with the requirements of qualifications as per the Insecticides Act, 1971.
