The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has granted approval to increase minimum floor price for Minimum Wages Based Manpower Outsourcing Services. This will be applicable to all ESIC Offices throughout the country.
The minimum service charges in the procurement of Manpower Outsourcing Service may be fixed as 3.85% as proposed by GeM.
The procuring entities can also fix the service charge above 3.85% with proper justification. However, such charges should not exceed 7%.
