BSE notifies Surveillance Measure for securities under IBC

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has notified the Surveillance Measure for securities under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). This notice was issued on 6th March, 2023.

Members are hereby requested to note that from 8th March, 2023 the specified securities as per attached Annexure I have satisfied the criteria under Additional Surveillance Measures (ASM) for Companies as per Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

Securities which are placed under the above-mentioned Framework would be reviewed on periodical basis. Further, the list of securities which are moving out from IBC Framework, with effect from 8th March, 2023, is given in Annexure II.

Market participants may note that above Framework shall be in conjunction with all other prevailing surveillance measures being imposed by the Exchanges from time to time.
