The Governor of NCT Delhi vide notification dated 20th February, 2023 has issued the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2022. The amendment has deleted the provisions governing constitution, appointment, tenure, functions, and duties of the National Anti-profiteering Authority.
They shall come into force with effect from 1st day of December, 2022.
