BSE explains the Applicability of Two-Factor Authentication


The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has issued a notification on the Applicability of 2 Factor Authentication. This notification was issued on 31st January, 2023.

Trading Members and Participants registered on New Debt Segment – Reporting, Settlement and Trading (NDS-RST) Indian Corporate Debt Market (ICDM) platform must take note of this 2 Factor Authentication. As per the BSE’s security policy, 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) will comprise of Security Questions, Google Authentication, etc.

This 2FA is mandatory and will apply to all NDS-RST (ICDM) platform users from 1st February, 2023.
