The Ministry of Finance has notified the Reporting Entities that are permitted to perform the Aadhar authentication. The notification was issued on 30th January, 2023.
The Government has notified 39 entities as reporting entities that are granted permission to perform Aadhar Authentication.
Moreover, the government was satisfied that these entities comply with the standards of privacy and security under the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016.
This list was compiled upon consultation with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIAI) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
