The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on January 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding Onboarding ESIC on the Jeevan Pramaan Portal for Digital Life Certificate. The following steps have been taken:
- Jeevan Pramaan Project, NIC, New Delhi has been requested to onboard ESIC on the Web portal, so that the facility of generating Digital Life Certificates can be availed by the pensioners and family pensioners of ESIC.
- SBI has been asked to honour the Digital Life Certificate generated on Jeevan Pramaan Portal in respect of ESIC pensioners and family pensioners for disbursing their pension.
- The ERP system will be functional for those pensioners and family pensioners whose pension is being disbursed from ESIC RO/SRO/Hospital (after Aadhaar seeding/verification provisions are implemented in ESIC with the permission of the concerned authorities and through Aadhaar Vault Solutions)
