The Employee’s Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) on December 28, 2022, issued a notification to launch a unified portal. The portal is for the Principal Employers to log in and view the EPF compliances in respect of their contractors and their contract workers.
All the Principal Employers and their Contractors whether covered under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 or not but are governed by provisions of EPF and MP Act 1952 and who are deducting and depositing EPF contributions are hereby advised to get themselves registered on the portal of EPFO.
