Central Government extends the due date for commencement of Quality Control orders

Central Government through gazette notification has extended the due date for commencement of following quality control orders:

1. The Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021 shall come into force on the 22nd day of June, 2023.
2. The commencement of Refrigerating Appliances (Quality Control) Order, 2020, is extended from 01.01.2023 till 01.01.2024.
