IFSCA notifies Renewal of Recognition to Bullion Exchange and Bullion Clearing Corporation

The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) has issued a notification on the renewal of recognition to Bullion Exchange and Bullion Clearing Corporation. The notification was issued on 9^th  December, 2022

Through this notification the IFSCA renews the recognition granted to India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Ltd., Guajarat as the Bullion Exchange and Bullion Clearing Corporation. This recognition is granted for one year, commencing on 9^th December, 2022 to 8^th December, 2023.  It extends in respect of bullion spot delivery contract and bullion depository receipt with underlying bullion. This is subject to the condition that the Corporation shall comply with conditions specified by IFSCA from time to time.
