ESIC issues guidelines for disposing of Grievances on CPGRAMS Portal
The ESIC has directed its officers that all grievances should be settled qualitatively within the time frame of 30 days. ESIC has also directed to take appropriate action against the erring officers for non- adherence to the instructions issued in regard to grievance redressal.

As per the order, manufacturers and dealers of Vinyl Acetate Monomer shall company with the parameters issued by BIS. The latest version of the Indian Standards including the amendments issued thereof and notified by the Bureau of Indian Standards from time to time shall apply.
