The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Expenses of Management of Insurers transacting life insurance business) Draft Regulations, 2022.
These Regulations shall come into force from 01st April, 2023 and shall remain in force for a period of three years thereafter and it shall be applicable to Insurers transacting the life insurance business in India.

After obtaining an In Principle Approval from DoT / Ministry of I & B, the operator shall submit the details about the network (viz. Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Amendment Rules, 2022
A registered valuers organization shall intimate the authority for a change in the composition of its governing board, or its committees or appellate panel, or other details, after payment of fee. It is further clarified that a member functioning as a whole-time director in the company registered as valuer shall not be treated as an employee.
