The Central Government vide notification dated 4th November, 2022 has empowered the International Financial Services Centers Authority to regulate issue and transfer of securities and payment of dividend for financial products, financial services or financial institutions in an International Financial Services Centre.
The IFSCA shall administer these powers notwithstanding anything contained in the Companies Act, 2013.
