The Director General of Foreign Trade vide notification dated 25th October, 2022 has designated Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority(APEDA) as the agency authorized to issue RCMCs for Cashew Kernels, Cashewnut Shell Liquid and Kardanol, with immediate effect.
In addition to the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority, Cashew Export Promotion Council of India shall also act as the agency authorized to issue RCMCs for Cashew Kernels, Cashew nut Shell Liquid and Kardanol.
