The Pharmacy Council of India vide circular dated 17 October 2022 has issued clarification regarding Pharmacy Practice Regulations 2015. The Pharmacy Practice Regulations 2015 shall be implemented immediately by the state governments.
As the health sector falls in the concurrent list, the Regulations shall supersede all state laws.
