SEBI notifies framework for Governing Council for Social Stock Exchange (SSE).
The Board of the Stock Exchange shall prescribe the procedure, frequency, quorum etc for the meetings of SGC as well as guidelines for handling potential conflict of interest, if any. SGC shall meet as frequently as required with minimum of four meetings in a financial year.
SEBI issues circular on Suspension, Cancellation or Surrender of Certificate of Registration of a Credit Rating Agency (CRA)
Listed entities or issuers who have obtained credit rating from a CRA whose registration is cancelled or suspended or surrendered, desirous of obtaining credit rating for regulatory purposes, shall obtain credit rating(s) from another SEBI registered CRA(s) holding a valid certificate of registration under CRA Regulations.
Government of Goa has notified two new categories of water supply consumers.
Single Water Connection utilized for extended rental dwelling units not having separate house numbers shall be categorized as Semi-Domestic Consumers and the tariff as applicable to Domestic Consumers will be made applicable to this category with additional tariff of Rs. 300 per rented premises irrespective of its occupancy.

Government of Goa has notified a Scheme to encourage students for Innovative Projects.
An applicant under this scheme shall be eligible for a financial support of up to Rs. 50,000/-. A maximum of 10 projects will be supported through this scheme each financial year. An applicant/student will be eligible for the financial support only once.
