SEBI approves the proposal to introduce pre-filing of offer document as an optional alternative mechanism for the purpose of Initial Public Offer on the Main Board of Stock Exchanges.
The Board approved the proposal to mandate the issuers coming out with IPO, to make disclosure of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and price per share of issuer based on past transactions and past fund raising done by the issuer from the investors under ‘Basis for Issue Price’ section of the offer document, and in Price Band Advertisement.

notwithstanding anything contained in this sub-clause, in view of the problems faced by the project proponents on account of lockdown imposed due to Corona Virus Pandemic (COVID-19) and its subsequent consequences, further extension of two years may be granted beyond the period stipulated or extended under this clause for implementation of Industrial Entrepreneur Memorandum if such stipulated period or extension falls during the period between the 1st day of March, 2020 and the 28th February, 2022 and in such cases, the condition relating to furnishing of bank guarantee shall not apply.
CBDT extends due date for filing of various reports of audit for the Assessment Year 2022-23 under the Income-tax Act, 1961.
On consideration of difficulties faced by the taxpayers and other stakeholders in filing of various reports of audit for the Assessment Year 2022-23 under the Income-tax Act,1961(Act), Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has decided to extend the due date for filing of various reports of audit for the Assessment Year 2022-23, which was 30th September, 2022 to 07th October, 2022.
