Draft Central Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2022
Every diesel driven agricultural tractor manufactured on and from the date of 1st January, 2023 shall comply with Limit Values for Type Approval (TA) and Conformity of Production provided under Rule 115A of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
Extended timeline for annual return by Authorized holder under export promotion capital goods scheme
Authorization holder shall submit to RA concerned by 31st December of every year, report on fulfilment of export obligation by secured electronic filing using digital signatures/ or hard copy thereof.
All medical colleges to submit information regarding suicides & resignation for last five years
The information shall be submitted over mail by October 7, 2022. All medical colleges are further directed to give publicity to anti ragging committee constituted by National Medical Commission.
