SEBI notifies circular on Credit Ratings supported by Credit Enhancement (CE)
This revised circular shall be applicable to credit ratings of securities that are listed, or proposed to be listed, on a recognized stock exchange, and other credit ratings that are required under various SEBI Regulations or circulars thereunder.
Ministry of Commerce & Industry extends the Foreign Trade policy for six months.
The new five year Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 provides a framework for increasing exports of goods and services as well as generation of employment and increasing value addition in the country, in keeping with the “Make in India” vision of Prime Minister. Each Portal should have an appropriate mechanism for Load Balancing, Data Backup, Security Audit, and compliance for all its Portals and Dashboards.

Revised Electric Vehicle battery testing standards
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has decided to implement the revised standards AIS-156 and AIS 038 (Rev 2) as hosted on Ministry’s website.
Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Fourth Amendment) Order, 2022
Every fertilizer testing laboratories specified or notified by the State Government shall be required to obtain the accreditation of the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories within a period of one years from 28th day of September, 2022.
DGFT extends deadline for export of broken rice
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade earlier allowed rice exports till 15 September, if loading began prior to the order, and in cases where the shipping bill has been filed and vessels have arrived at their destination. This deadline was extended till 30 September, 2022 and is now further extended till October 15, 2022.
