The Employees State Insurance Corporation vide notification dated 15.09.2022 has issued relaxation in the time limit for filing and depositing ESI contribution for the month of August, 2022. The ESI contribution for the month of August, 2022 can now be settled up to September 22, 2022 instead of September 15, 2022.
The relaxation is issued as a one time opportunity.
