The Central Government vide notification dated 8th September, 2022 has issued following revised tariff rates for Import of following crops:
- Rice in the husk (paddy or rough) 20%
- Husked (brown) rice 20%
- Semi-milled or wholly-milled rice, whether or not polished or glazed (other than Parboiled rice and Basmati rice)

This notification shall come into force on the 09th of September, 2022.
