SEBI amends cyber security and cyber resilience framework of KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs).
As per the amendment, KRAs shall identify and classify critical assets based on their sensitivity and criticality for business operations, services and data management. KRAs shall maintain up-to-date inventory of its hardware and systems, software and information assets (internal and external), details of its network resources, connections to its network and data flows
National Council for Teacher Education launches portal to streamline the process of recognition of teacher education programs of HEIs/TEIs.
The portal will streamline the process right from the time of inviting application for courses till the stage of issue of recognition orders including the inspection of institutions. The portal aims to provide an automated robust framework thereby enhancing accountability, transparency and ease of doing business.

NHA launches an online public dashboard for Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
For Health Facility Registry, the dashboard presents the data in infographics format based on ownership (government or private), systems of medicine (Modern Medicine – Allopathy, Ayurveda, Sowa- Rigpa, Physiotherapy, Unani, Dentistry, Siddha, Homeopathy etc.) and state-wise facilities registered under the ABDM. Similarly, for the HPR, the dashboard shows the data segregation on basis of their employment type – government or private sector, systems of medicine and the states/ UT from where the applications have been received.
MeitY cautions against entities demanding Aadhar copies
Unlicensed private entities like hotels or film halls are not permitted to collect or keep copies of Aadhaar card. It is an offence under the Aadhaar Act 2016. If a private entity demands to see your Aadhaar card, or seeks a photocopy of your Aadhaar card, please verify that they have valid User License from the UIDAI.
