Government of Rajasthan exempts petrol and diesel retail outlets from filing returns.
As per section 21 of Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003,every registered dealer shall assess his liability and shall furnish return, for such period, in such form and manner, and within such time and with such late fee not exceeding fifty thousand rupees, for delayed furnishing of returns, as may be prescribed, to the assessing authority or to the officer authorized by the Commissioner.
Department of Food and Public Distribution has extended the deadline upto 30th June 2022 for aadhar linking with ration card.
Earlier, a notification was issued in 2017, directing all eligible beneficiaries entitled to receive subsidized foodgrains, under the National Food Security Act 2013 [NFSA], who do not possess Aadhaar number or, are not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, but are desirous of availing the subsidized foodgrains, to make an application for Aadhaar enrolment by 30/09/2019, and also linking of Aadhaar with Ration Cards/Beneficiaries ensure correct identification of beneficiaries and their rightful delivery of subsidized foodgrains under NFSA.
The Coastal Aquaculture Authority (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
As per the amendment, every application for the registration of a coastal aquaculture farm shall be made to the SubDivisional Level Committee where the coastal aquaculture farm is located or directly to the District Level Committees in absence of a sub-division in a particular District as set up by the Authority in Form I, obtainable from the office of the Member Convener of Sub-Divisional Level Committee or District Level Committee, or from the office of the Authority or downloaded from the website of the Authority.
