Ministry of Road Transport notifies Draft Inter-Country Non-Transport Vehicle Rules, 2022.
As per the rules, a non-transport vehicle registered in the other country, when entering India, shall be so constructed and maintained as to be at all times under the effective control of the person driving it.

The Amendment is brought under clause 5.1 in which employees will be entitled to the reimbursement of medical expenses on actual basis for non-hospitalisation cases, for themselves and their family members including dependents on production of prescription from Authorised/notified Medical Practitioners along with bills/cash memos of medicines/tests.

All authorities are prohibited from conducting admission to pharmacy courses without prior approval of Pharmacy Council of India
It is clarified that as per the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and educational regulations made thereunder, no authority shall conduct or increase admission to pharmacy courses without prior approval of Pharmacy Council of India.
