The Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021.
Under the Act, every assisted reproductive technology (ART) clinic and bank must be registered under the National Registry of Banks and Clinics of India. The Registry is meant to act as a central database for all facilities providing ART services in India, with state governments appointing relevant authorities in their respective states to facilitate the registration process.

The PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM Svanidhi) scheme was launched by the government in June 2020 to provide credit for working capital to the street vendors. Under this scheme, the street vendors can take collateral-free loans with low-interest rates for one year.
Department of Food and Public Distribution has extended the deadline upto 31st March 2022 for aadhar linking with ration card.
It is clarified that no beneficiary/household shall be deleted from the list of eligible beneficiaries/households only on the ground of not possessing an Aadhaar number, and shall also not be denied from subsidized foodgrains or cash transfer of food subsidy under NFSA due to failure of biometric/Aadhaar authentication because of network/ connectivity/ linking issues/ poor biometric of the beneficiary or other technical reasons.
Revised import policy for palm oil and palmolein
Import is free for a period up to 31.12.2022 for Refined bleached deodorised palm oil and Refined bleached deodorised palmolein.
Clarification regarding SWAYAM Examination dates
It is now informed that dates of the examination will be communicated by the National Testing Agency on its website.
Extended ‘Free’ import policy for Import of Moong
Import policy for Moong shall be “Free” for consignments with Bill of Lading/Lorry Receipt dated on or before 31.03.2022.
Customs duty exemption for Refined bleached deodorized (RBD) palm oil, RBD palmolein, RBD palm stearin and any palm oil other than crude palm oil
The Central Government has exempted the Refined bleached deodorized (RBD) palm oil, RBD palmolein, RBD palm stearin and any palm oil other than crude palm oil, when imported into India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable under Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), as is in excess of the amount calculated at the standard rate 0f 12.5%.
