SEBI issues clarification on AIF norms amendment.

Government notifies 12 percent GST rate on MMF, Yarn, Fabrics from 1st January.
The GST on MMF, MMF Yarn and MMF Fabrics were 18%, 12% and 5% respectively. The taxation of inputs at higher rates than finished products created build-up of credits and cascading costs. The National Medical Commission (Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship) Regulations, 2021
No medical graduate shall be eligible to permanent registration to practice medicine in India unless he undergoes the compulsory rotating medical internship in India.
National Medical Commission (Prevention and Prohibition of Ragging in Medical Colleges and Institutions) Regulations, 2021
Every medical college or institution shall comply with the anti-ragging directions and submit a compliance report to the Commission annually in the format provided in Form III.
