Government of Goa adopts Start up Policy 2021.
As per the policy, all start-ups registered in Goa will be allowed to operate 24/7. An intimation from Startup Promotion Cell will be issued to the Panchayat and Local Bodies intimating them on the Certified Goa Startups to operate 24×7.

Any individual desirous of availing various contactless services like Registering end stage organ failure patients waiting for cadaver organ in Transplant Authority of Tamil Nadu registry, Transfer of wait listed patients from one hospital to another and Registration of deceased organ donors through the portal, is required to undergo Aadhaar authentication.
The Goa Land Development and Building Construction (Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
Through this amendment, a new regulation 3.11 has been inserted which deals with Development Permission/Technical Clearance/Completion Order in respect of public projects.
Government of Goa appoints 8th October 2021 as the date on which the provisions of Goa Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Act, 2021 shall come into force.

Clarification regarding pre-show cause notice consultation for cases under Central Excise Act, 1944 or Finance Act 1994
It is clarified that pre-show cause notice consultation shall not be mandatory for cases under Central Excise Act, 1944 or Finance Act 1994 for recovery of duties and taxes.
