The Karnataka Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
Section 41 of the Motor vehicle Act 1988 notifies how the registration has to be made, in which sub-section 3, 4, and 5 explains about the particulars required to be included in the certificate of registration, it shall also specify the type of the motor vehicle, being a type as the Central Government may, having regard to the design, construction and use of the motor vehicle, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
Ministry of Power proposes Amendment to Energy Conservation Act, 2001.
The proposed amendments would facilitate the development of Carbon market in India and prescribe minimum consumption of renewable energy either as direct consumption or indirect use through grid. This will help in reduction of fossil fuel based energy consumption and carbon emission to the atmosphere.
The Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 to come into force on 3rd November 2021.
The Act has proposed a simplified composition of the Board of Port Authority which will comprise of 11 to 13 Members from the present 17 to 19 Members representing various interests.

The state medical councils may register all P.G courses shown as permitted in NMC website. They can register all P.G students who have passed during 2020-21.
