The new framework will be applicable from December 1, 2021 while those related to refraining from profiting from the purchase and sale of any security within a period of 30 calendar days will become effective from 28th October 2021.
Maintenance of Current Account in Multiple Banks by Stock Brokers.
The clarification comes after Sebi received representations regarding the issue being faced by stock brokers in maintaining current accounts in multiple banks.
Ministry of Heavy Industry has extended the timeline for implementing electrical equipment (quality control) order 2020.
As per the earlier order, Every Electrical Equipment like Low – Voltage switchgear and controlgear: Circuit – Breakers, Low – Voltage switchgear and controlgea: a.c. semiconductor motor controllers and contactors for non – Motor loads etc shall conform to the corresponding Indian standards specified with effect from One year from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette of India.
FSSAI enables Ease of Doing Business with Food Safety Connect Mobile Application.
The Food Safety and Standards (FSS) Act, 2006 mandates that every food business is required to obtain FSSAI license or registration prior commencing the business. With the launch of FSSAI’s Food Connect Mobile App, it will be easier for food businesses, particularly petty hawkers, vendors and start-ups to file an application for FSSAI registration by simply using their smart phones.
FSSAI to conduct special drive to check adulteration of sweets, milk and milk products during the festive season.
Based on the representation/inputs received from various sources expressing concerns regarding rise in the adulteration of sweets, milk and milk products like Khoya, paneer etc. during the ongoing festive season in the country, FSSAI has decided to conduct the special drive.
Delhi Miscellaneous color scheme for buses
The Commissioner of Transport is empowered to specify any colour scheme for other categories of buses, other than as specified above in Rules 71A, 71B and 71C and other transport vehicles, the colour scheme of which is not specified in these rules.
