Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021
As per the amendment, the principal regulations shall apply in all cases where a generating company has the arrangement for supply of coal or lignite from the integrated mine(s) allocated to it, for one or more of its specified end use generating stations, whose tariff is required to be determined by the Commission.
The Food Safety and Standards (Labeling and Display) First Amendment Regulations, 2021
As per the amendment, every package containing an admixture of edible oils shall carry a label declaration in bold capital letter immediately below its brand name or trade name on the front of pack which shall contain its name, nature of edible oil and percentage by weight and a direction that it should not be sold loose.
