RBI publishes details of General Allocation of Special Drawing Rights by the IMF
IMF makes the general SDR allocation to its members in proportion to their existing quotas in the Fund. The Board of Governors of the IMF had approved a general allocation of about SDR 456 billion on August 2, 2021 (effective from August 23, 2021) of which the share of India is SDR 12.57 billion.
SEBI directions for Alignment of interest of Asset Management Companies (‘AMCs’) with the Unit holders of the Mutual Fund Schemes
The AMCs shall invest minimum amount as a percentage of assets under management (‘AUM’) in their scheme(s).
SEBI reviews the framework for Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The reviewed framework provides that the Stock Exchanges shall ensure that once a member has been declared defaulter, the claim (s) shall be placed before the Member Core Settlement Guarantee Fund Committee (MCSGFC, the erstwhile Defaulters’ Committee) for sanction and ratification.
New Drugs and Clinical Trials (Amendment) Rules, 2021
Bioavailability and bioequivalence study centre means a centre created or established to undertake bioavailability study or bioequivalence study of a drug for either clinical part or analytical part or for both clinical and analytical part of such study.
