Securities forces get relaxation from Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016

The Central Government, having regard to the nature and type of work, has exempted all categories of posts of combatant personnel of Central Armed Police Forces, namely, Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Central Industrial Security Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Sashastra Seema Bal and Assam Rifles from the provisions.

BSE circular regarding Segregation and Monitoring of Collateral at Client Level

BSE has clarified that clearing members who are registered with multiple clearing corporations i.e. registered with more than one equity or commodity clearing corporation are required to report the collaterals which is available with respective clearing corporation only instead of aggregated collateral across all clearing corporations.

The Appropriation (No. 4) Act, 2021

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of India there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding the aggregate to the sum of one lakh eighty-seven thousand two hundred two crore and forty-one lakh rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2021-22.
