Goa government revises Community Dairy Farming Scheme

Any group having minimum 5 members and registered with competent authority (Registrar of Co-operative Society) is eligible. Each member of the group shall be resident of Goa for at least preceding five years, with experience in dairy management/ practical training for 15 days in dairy management. The Group interested in availing this Scheme will have to apply in a prescribed application form through Area Assistant Director/Veterinary Officer along with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/-

Government takes various initiatives to boost Industrial Manufacturing.

The Government has taken up Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS) Scheme and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) to uplift the startups in the country. The objectives of Fund of Funds scheme include accelerating innovation-driven entrepreneurship and business creation, mobilizing larger equity-like resources for startups.

Centre Takes Series of Measures for Promotion of Indian Textile Industry.

The Government has implemented various schemes such as the Amended Technology Upgradation Scheme(ATUF), National Handloom Development Programme(NHDP), National Handicraft Development Programme, Comprehensive Powerloom Cluster Development Scheme, Silk Samagra, SAMARTH- Scheme for Capacity Building in Textiles Sector, Technical Textiles etc. for overall development and promotion of domestic manufacturing and exports in the textile sector in the country.
