In-vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices classified based on the intended use and the risk involved
General intended use given against each In vitro Medical device is for guidance to the applicants who intends to furnish application of import or manufacture of medical devices under the provisions of Medical Devices Rules,2017. However, a device may have specified intended use as specified by its manufacturer.
Revised restrictions on loans and advances issued by banks
The amendment provides that unless sanctioned by the Board of Directors/Management Committee, banks should not grant loans and advances aggregating Rupees five crore and above to relatives of directors.
Goa government revises Community Dairy Farming Scheme
Any group having minimum 5 members and registered with competent authority (Registrar of Co-operative Society) is eligible. Each member of the group shall be resident of Goa for at least preceding five years, with experience in dairy management/ practical training for 15 days in dairy management.
