DGFT extends time limit for filing claims under TMA scheme.
DGFT brings in amendment to para 7A.01(d) of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) in which the Application for refund of claims under the Transport and Marketing Assistance (TMA) Scheme for specified agricultural products for the quarter ending 31st March, 2020 and 30th June, 2020 may be filed upto 30th September, 2021.
MoRTH appoints 15th July, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of section 47 of Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 shall come into force.
Section 47 under the amendment act notifies Electronic monitoring and enforcement of road safety in which the State Government shall ensure electronic monitoring and enforcement of road safety on national highways, state highways, roads or in any urban city within a State which has a population up to such limits as may be prescribed by the Central Government.

The Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
The Amendment is brought under rule 10 which states that the birth of any child had been registered without a name, the parent or guardian of such child shall, within twelve months from the date of registration of the birth of child, give information regarding the name of child to the Registrar either orally or in writing.

FSSAI exempts FBOs from punitive action for the use of listed processing aids
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has directed the Commissioner of Food Safety of all States/ UTs and all central Licensing Authorities not to take any punitive action on Food Business Operators (FBOs) for using the listed processing aids.

FSSAI issues clarification regarding frequency of mandatory product testing under the condition of license 12 of FSS (Licensing and registration of food businesses) regulation 2011.
It is clarified that those food business operators who get their license issued in the last month of respective half-year shall be exempted from mandatory testing for that preceding & ending half year period.
