All existing MSME enterprises registered under Udyog aadhar shall continue to be valid till 31st December 2021.
The existing enterprises registered prior to 30th June, 2020, shall continue to be valid only for a period up to the 31st December 2021 and the enterprise registered with any other organisation under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises shall register itself under Udyam Registration.
The Environment (Protection) Amendment Rules, 2021.
Through this amendment the ministry has extended the validity period of notifications expiring in the financial year 2020-2021 and 2021- 2022 to 31st December, 2021 or six months from the end of the month when the relevant notification would have expired without any extension, whichever is later.
