The Depositories and Stock Exchanges shall make necessary arrangements such that the disclosures pertaining to listed Debt Securities along with equity shares and equity derivative instruments are disseminated on the websites of respective stock exchanges with effect from July 01, 2021.
Clarification regarding settlement of running account of client’s funds lying with Trading Member (TM)
Stock Exchanges shall develop online system for effective monitoring of timely settlement of running account for funds of client and to verify that excess clients’ funds are not retained by the TM as on the date of settlement of running account. The intent of the online system shall be to discourage TM from retaining excess funds of clients after settlement of running account, by considering all the client obligations across exchanges.

Government of Rajasthan grants 100% rebate of the amount of purchase tax payable under the Rajasthan Sales Tax Act, 1994 on purchase of Sonamukhi in the course of export outside India, subject to the condition that the amount of purchase tax due, interest and or penalty thereupon if any, if already deposited, shall not be refunded.

The Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Amendment Rules, 2021.
Through this amendment rule 4 has been omitted which deals with restriction of conducting Board Meeting through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means for selected agenda items, however due to the COVID pandemic, MCA granted relaxation for conduction meeting through VC till 30th June 2021, which now permanently allows virtual resolutions on financial statements, restructuring.
Ministry of Environment issues order on recognition of private laboratories.
All environmental laboratories shall obtain accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories Accreditation for all criteria testing parameters as defined by Central Pollution Control Board along with certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management System before submission of application to the Central Pollution Control Board.
